How to make a souffle without an oven

  • 125 g butter

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 vanilla envelope
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chocolate or Nutella pieces

Method of preparation

  1. Put the butter in a bowl and wipe, then add the dark chocolate and stir until combined .
  2. Add the flour and stir well until the flour mix and then turn off the fire .
  3. Put in a bowl both eggs and sugar and beat with an electric whisk until white then add vanilla and a pinch of salt and whisk .
  4. Add the chocolate mixture and beat until the ingredients are completely mixed .
  5. Spread the mixture over the serving cups so that we fill in half and then put in each of them a chocolate bar or a Nutella spoon .
  6. We put the cups in a bowl and fill it with hot water so that it reaches half the cups .
  7. Put the pot on high heat until the water boils, then cover it with a clean, lidded pot and let the soufflé on medium heat for about ten minutes until cooked .
  8. Then turn off the fire and the soufflé cups are ready to serve .
