  • ½Cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon Peking powder
  • ½Teaspoon baking soda
  • ½Teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sour cream

Method of preparation

  1. Mix in a bowl both sugar, walnuts, cinnamon and vanilla, stir until well mixed and set aside .
  2. Put in a bowl both butter and sugar and stir until well mixed .
  3. Gradually add the eggs, stirring until we get a smooth mixture without lumps after each addition .
  4. Add the vanilla, stir and sift over the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt .
  5. Then add the sour cream and stir until completely mixed and the mixture becomes smooth .
  6. Grease the cake mold and sprinkle it with flour and then put half the cake mix and then put half the cinnamon mix and then the rest of the cake mix and straighten the surface and then the rest of the cinnamon mix .
  7. We put the cake in the oven at 170 for about 35-40 minutes and then take it out and let it cool so it is ready to serve .
