How to make Spanish cloud cake with chocolate

Ingredients

  • To prepare the cream:
  • 1 ½ cup cream dessert
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method of preparation

  1. Put the chocolate in a bowl and melt it over water vapor, stirring occasionally .
  2. Put the butter over the melted chocolate and stir until well combined .
  3. Put in a bowl two eggs, complete with the yolks of four eggs and half the amount of sugar out of the ingredients .
  4. Gradually add the chocolate, continue whisking until the ingredients are completely mixed, then sprinkle with orange or lemon zest .
  5. Put the whites of the four eggs in another bowl and beat with an electric whisk until the mixture is light and white .
  6. Add the rest of the sugar and beat well until lightly creamy.
  7. Gradually place the white mixture over the chocolate mixture, stirring with the spatula in one direction until the ingredients are completely mixed .
  8. Put butter paper at the bottom of the cheesecake mold, pour the mixture into it and level the surface .
  9. We put the mold in the oven at 170 degrees for about 35-40 minutes .
  10. During this we beat both cream, sugar and vanilla well .
  11. Put the cream on top of the cake after it has cooled and sprinkle with cocoa powder so that the cake is ready .
