How to make Thai mango salad

Thai mango salad is a wonderful combination of mango, strawberry, cherry and pineapple with some lemon and honey, served with baking chips or placed on top of grilled chicken breasts, and is a popular Thai dish .

Ingredients

  • 2 small mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • Fresh chopped strawberries
  • 5 Cherries
  • Peeled and chopped pineapple
  • Medium red onion, chopped
  • Chopped red pepper
  • 3-4 tablespoons of honey
  • ½Cup of fresh and chopped cilantro
  • 3-4 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation

  1. Mix the fruit together in a large bowl.
  2. Mix honey, onion, pepper and coriander pour over the fruit and stir to mix, then add salt, pepper and lemon to taste. Let rest for an hour and then serve with Mexican bread chips or on top of grilled chicken breasts. Stir every while to keep the fruit moist.
