Tiramisu with Lotus biscuits is a recipe that contains layers of Lotus biscuits and butter as well as a rich creamy blend that brings together the flavors that everyone loves in one easy and quick dessert .

  • 25 pieces Lotus biscuits
  • 1 ½ cup cream cheese
  • 2 cups liquid whipping cream
  • ½Cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp Lotus butter
  • Liquid milk for biscuit immersion
  • Powdered cocoa or crushed Lotus for garnish

Method of preparation

  1. Put the liquid cream in a bowl with the sugar and beat with an electric whisk until the cream becomes heavy .
  2. Put 5 tablespoons of Lotus butter on top of the cream with cream cheese and beat until the ingredients are well combined .
  3. Stir the ingredients with the spatula in one direction until the cream mixture is smooth and free of lumps .
  4. Immerse the Lotus biscuits in the milk, arrange the first layer of it in the bayrex dish and then put half the amount of the cream mixture .
  5. We put a spoonful of microwave-melted Lotus butter on top of the cream and then immerse the biscuit with milk and put a second layer of it .
  6. Apply the rest of the cream mixture, level the layer, then sprinkle with cocoa powder or ground Lotus on the face of the dessert .
  7. Place the trinkets in the fridge for several hours until the layers are firm and ready to serve .
