How to make travel cake with dark chocolate

Travel dark chocolate cake is an easy and fast cake that you can prepare for your children every morning or as a dessert after lunch and its ingredients are available such as cocoa, milk, sugar and flour with a sauce of dark chocolate and cream, lubricated to taste and served with coffee, tea or juice .

Ingredients

  • ½Cup cocoa powder
  • ½Cup heated Nescafe
  • ½Cup oil
  • 1 cup liquid milk
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½Teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • To make chocolate sauce:
  • 1 tablet (100 g) dark chocolate
  • ½Cup liquid cream (or milk)
  • For decorating:
  • Chocolate bars

Method of preparation

  1. Put the cocoa powder in a bowl, add the hot Nescafe and stir until completely combined without lumps .
  2. Add oil, milk and yogurt and stir well until you choose the benefits of cocoa .
  3. Add baking soda and salt and stir ingredients together .
  4. Put the vanilla and eggs and whisk with a hand whisk until well mixed then put the sugar and whisk the ingredients for a minute .
  5. Sift the flour over the ingredients and whisk until the flour disappears and the cake ingredients are completely mixed .
  6. Put butter paper in the cake tray, pour the mixture into it and put in the oven at 170 degrees for about 35-40 minutes .
  7. Cut the chocolate bar, add the liquid cream on top, melt it over the water vapor, continue stirring, then leave the mixture until warm .
  8. We take out the cake and let it cool and then pour over it sauce and decorate with chocolate pieces and then put the cake in the fridge for a few hours and then serve.
