  • 14 oz tuna
  • 30 oz white beans
  • 1 red onion sliced
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Basil, oregano or other herbs can be added

Method of preparation

  1. Halve the canned tuna, put in a large bowl, add the white beans and stir well.
  2. Mix olive oil, vinegar and spices together and pour over the tuna and bean mixture (we may not need to add the whole amount) .
