Ingredients

  • 3-4 garlic cloves, mashed
  • ½Teaspoon free red pepper
  • ½Teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 and a half to 2 teaspoons cumin
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • Tuna:
  • 3 cans of tuna in water, dry
  • ½Cup sliced onion
  • ½Cup sliced celery
  • 2 tablespoons of capers
  • 3 tablespoons chopped green olives
  • ½Cup chopped apple (optional)

Method of preparation

  1. Put in a food blender "tahini, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, and spices" and beat well.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  3. Put in a serving dish:
  4. Tuna and chopped celery, as well as chopped apples and chopped onions, mix well, sprinkle with sauce and stir well.
