  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 2 yellow pumpkins, split into halves and slotted
  • 1 zucchini, divided in half and morgue
  • 1 cup of red tomatoes
  • ½Teaspoon sea salt
  • ½Teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh oregano, chopped

Method of preparation

  1. In a large pan, heat the oil over medium-high ooze, garlic hummus, and stir for about 30 seconds.
  2. Add the pumpkin, zucchini, salt and pepper, stir for about 3 minutes, then add the tomatoes and continue cooking for another 3 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.
