How the Turkish Caesar salad works

  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 2 green peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 7 green onions, finely chopped
  • Half a cup of fresh parsley, minced
  • Half a glass of fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper slices
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses

Method of preparation

  1. Put the bulgur in a bowl with boiling water, stir, cover and leave for 20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat, roast the onion for 5 minutes, stirring, until soft.
  3. Drain the bulgur and place in a bowl and add the onion, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, green onions, mint, red pepper and parsley
  4. Sprinkle olive oil, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, and mix them gently so choose the ingredients, save my goods in the refrigerator until the time of submission.
