How volcano cake works

Volcano cake is a chocolate-rich dessert where the cake is made with cocoa and completely covered with chocolate sauce from the Middle, top and sides and when cut we enjoy the collapse of the delicious chocolate sauce and then its wonderful taste .

  • Total time: 40 minutes 

Ingredients

  • To prepare the cake:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • ½Cup raw cocoa powder
  • 2 ½ cup white flour
  • ½Cup oil
  • 1 Peking powder envelope
  • 1 vanilla envelope
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½Cup lukewarm water
  • To make chocolate sauce:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cold liquid milk
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 5 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
  • For decorating:
  • Cocoa powder or chocolate bars

Method of preparation

  1. We prepare the sauce, put in an electric blender both sugar, milk and oil and turn it on until it mixes well .
  2. Gradually add cocoa and continue mixing until the chocolate sauce is ready .
  3. Put the eggs in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, a spoonful of vinegar and vanilla and beat until light .
  4. Add sugar, whisk, then add oil and whisk until the mixture is creamy .
  5. Sift both the flour, cocoa and baking powder over the ingredients and stir with the spatula until the ingredients are completely mixed and the cake mix is ready .
  6. Grease the cake mold and sprinkle it with flour and pour into the cake mix and enter the preheated oven until cooked for about 30-40 minutes .
  7. We take out the cake, let it cool completely, then turn it over on the serving plate and pour the chocolate sauce in the middle and until the cake is soaked from the top and sides .
  8. Decorate with cocoa powder or chocolate bars and the cake is ready .
