  • 2 cups of iced mango syrup
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • ½Cup of frozen mango pieces
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Chopped and roasted coconut, to serve

Method of preparation

  1. Mix together the mango syrup, coconut milk, mango pieces, lemon peel and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Serve and sprinkle face with toasted coconut flakes.
