Ingredients

  • 350g raw organic radish leaves
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • Salt for flavor
  • ½Cup pine nuts
  • ½Cup dried cherries

Method of preparation

  1. Put the radish in a large bowl, massage and shake with oil, juice, and salt until shiny.
  2. Divide the salad between plates, decorate with pine and cherry, serve
