  • 5 eggs
  • ½Cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½Cup flour
  • ½Teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tbsp milk powder
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Honey or cream for filling

Method of preparation

  • Put in a bowl the egg whites and beat until the mixture is light and white .
  • Gradually add sugar and continue whisking until creamy .
  • Add the egg yolks gradually, whisking well after each addition .
  • Add the vanilla and beat well with the rest of the ingredients .
  • Sift over the flour, baking powder and milk, add the oil and whisk until completely combined .
  • Put butter paper on the cake tray, pour the mixture into it, level its surface and put in the oven at 160 degrees for about a quarter of an hour .
  • We take out the cake, let it cool, turn it over on nylon, grease it with honey or cream and roll it into a roll with the help of nylon .
  • Put the Swiss in the fridge until firm and then be ready for delivery .
