  • Caramel sauce
  • To prepare the dough of:
  • 1 cup water
  • ½Cup melted butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • To prepare the filling:
  • ½Cup Chantilly cream powder
  • ½Cup patsière cream powder
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ cup frozen milk

Method of preparation

  1. Put the water in a deep saucepan on the fire and when it warms add butter and a pinch of salt, stir and let the butter melt completely and bring to a boil .
  2. Add flour with continue stirring with a wooden spoon and simmer until the flour completely with the rest of the ingredients and we have a smooth paste .
  3. Leave the dough at room temperature until completely cooled .
  4. Put the dough in a bowl and add on top of the first egg and then beat with electric whisk until the egg disappears and then add the second and whisk until it disappears and so gradually add the rest of the eggs .
  5. Add the vanilla and continue whisking until the ingredients are completely mixed and we have a soft and soft dough .
  6. Put the dough in the decorating bag and then grease the oven tray with oil and make small pieces of dough using the decorating bag .
  7. Protect the oven at 180 and put the Chinese in about 40-45 minutes, until fully cooked .

  11. Put the caramel on top of the profitrol beads and place in a serving dish .
