Method of making cotton cheese cake

Cotton cheese cake is characterized by its delicious cotton texture and delicious taste the main ingredient is cream cheese and therefore taste like cheesecake that we all love, and the preparation of the cake is easy and its ingredients are simple and friends and guests will love it for sure .

  • Preparation time: 15 minutes
  • Cooking time: 40 minutes
  • Total time: 55 minutes 


  • Egg yolk mixture:
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • ½Cup sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½Cup warm milk
  • ½Cup flour
  • ½Cup cornflower
  • Egg white mixture:
  • 4 egg whites
  • ½Cup sugar

Method of preparation

  1. Put in a bowl both cream cheese, egg yolks and sugar and stir well .
  2. Put vanilla and milk and beat until well mixed .
  3. Sift flour and cornflower over the ingredients, stir well and set aside.
  4. Put in another bowl the egg whites and beat with an electric whisk until the mixture is light and white .
  5. Gradually add sugar and continue whisking until creamy .
  6. Add the Whiting mixture over the yolks and stir with the spatula in one direction until the ingredients are completely mixed .
  7. Put butter paper in the cake mold, pour the mixture into it and then put the mold in an oven tray with hot water .
  8. We put the tray and the mold in the oven at 160 degrees for about 40 minutes .
  9. We take out the cake, let it cool completely, then remove from the mold, cut and serve .
