Method of preparation

  1. We open the can of beans and wash the content well and put the beans in a saucepan with a quantity of water and add cumin and leave it until boiling
  2. Drain the beans well from the water and place in a deep bowl
  3. Finely chop the tomatoes and onions and add them to the beans
  4. Add garlic, salt and lemon juice
  5. Finally add the olive oil and parsley and ready to serve with the pita bread .
