Mozzarella salad is a light and nutritious salad made from ripe mango, with mozzarella cheese, lettuce, and driesing with a variety of delicious ingredients such as parsley, bell pepper, basil, lemon and orange juice, vinegar and olive oil.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled
  • 175g fresh mozzarella
  • 2-3 lettuce leaves
  • Ingredients of threshing
  • 2-3 fresh parsley leaves
  • 2-3 fresh red capsicum, slanted morgue
  • 6-7 of capers
  • 6-7 fresh basil leaves
  • Sea-salt
  • Black pepper granules
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons of white vinegar
  • Half a glass of orange juice
  • A quarter cup of olive oil, extra

Method of preparation

  1. Finely chop the parsley and put in a bowl, as well as cut the capsicum and put them in the same bowl.
  2. Add finely chopped basil leaves, salt, pepper, lemon juice and vinegar, mix well, then pour orange juice, olive oil, and mix.
  3. Divide the mozzarella in half and put in another bowl, add 2 teaspoons of orange mixture and mix a little, set aside.
  4. Slice the mangoes diagonally and place them slightly in the electric heater and place them in a fan-shaped serving dish.
  5. Place the lettuce on the sides and top with the cheese, then pour the remaining driesing over the ingredients, and serve the salad after cooling.
