  • ½Cup chicken stock
  • ½Cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
  • 2 teaspoons virgin olive oil
  • ½Teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • ½Teaspoon red hot pepper
  • ّSalt and black pepper to taste

Method of preparation

  1. Mix rice, chicken fillet, carrots, green onions and olives in a large bowl.
  2. Beat in another bowl (meat sauce ormeat broth, orange juice, lemon, mint, coriander, oil, cinnamon, red pepper, salt and black pepper "to your liking" ).
