Armenian boumli salad this dish is considered healthy and very tasty.Ingredients of the salad :shrimp and pommel that gives it an irresistible taste, avocado, cabbage and meat.((Bumli is citrus and has many health benefits it is a source of minerals and vitamins and is characterized by its delicious taste)).You have to try this kind of special salad.

Ingredients of Armenian boumli salad:

  • – 2 from the album My
  • – 450 g cooked shrimp 
  • – 1 of avocado
  • – 2 slices of pastrami 
  • – 1/2 small white wrapped
  • – 1/2 cup olive oil
  • For sauce you need:
  • – 1/2 cup pommly juice
  • – 1/2 cup olive oil 
  • - 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
  • – Salt and pepper

Note :

You can replace the olive oil in the garnish with 1/4 cup tahini, and 1/4 cup water.

 How to prepare Armenian boumli salad:

  1.  Cut the boumli in half and squeeze two halves of the boumli to get 1/2 cup of boumli juice.
  2. And the remaining two halves of the pumli peel off the white skin and discard it, and put the pumli pulp in a bowl 
  3.  Cut the prawns into small pieces and place them on top of the Pomelo in the bowl.
  4. Cut the pastrami into slices and also put in the bowl.
  5. Finely chop the cabbage and place it in the same bowl. 
  6. Peel and slice the avocado and place in the bowl.
  7. Mix juice owl with olive oil and spices, salt and pepper.
  8. Put it in order to decorate the salad put it gently and feet.
