Ingredients

  • ½Cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • ½Teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 can of boiled corn
  • ½Can of madams beans ready
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella
  • 4 chicken breasts without skin and bone
  • ½Teaspoon chili powder
  • 4 small diced tomatoes

Method of preparation

  1. Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt, stir the mixture with the butter well, then add the cornmeal, chilli powder and milk until we have a dough that we leave to rest a little
  2. Place the chicken fillet with water in a bowl over medium heat until cooked, drain and set aside to cool, then cut into small 1-inch slices
  3. Place the chicken, corn, beans, cheese and tomatoes (diced) in an 11 x 7 inch baking tray, lightly greased with oil, then place the dough on top of the ingredients to bake in the oven at 400 F
  4. Bake the tray for 16-18 minutes until the dish warms up and has a golden and soft dough.
